This might be long, for me anyway. Haven’t posted in a bit and realizations have been happening about what I do and the world around me. There will also be photos just to mix it up.
My experiment with selling zines and such just didn’t fit my head the way I had hoped. If I ever do anything like that in the future, selling zines, prints or even framed stuff, it will be on the basis of pay what you can. A good friend has been trying to figure out how to facilitate a show or an exhibit somewhere, and though I try to stay invested in that process and possibility, I find I am losing interest in that need. We will see where that goes.
I killed my facebook today, and the instagram will be gone by tomorrow. That whole Meta environment is part of an ongoing censorship mentality in all the major social media sites, the Censorship-Industrial Complex, and I have chosen to disengage from that toxicity. That will hopefully result in more activity on this blog.
The good news is I still like taking photos and creating art with them, tangible stuff you can hold in your hand.
