Spent the weekend in Lake City to deliver my piece to the venue where it will be part of the ArtFields festival and competition. Took a bunch of photos while I was there, most I have taken anywhere in a good while. The host venue for my piece is a real estate office and it is a perfect art space, uncluttered white walls. Looking forward to our trip back to see all the art, including mine.

Lake City is a cool little town that has been transformed, thanks to the people behind ArtFields, into a year round arts community with several full time galleries and other arts venues, and of course there is also BBQ and fried catfish.
